GoKar is the consumer-facing brand of the GoKar ride-sharing marketplace.

GoKar is operated by Sublime Masterpieces (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2022/572738/07, with its business address at 36 Hartebees str, Reyno Ridge, Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, South Africa.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts to use GoKar.

You agree to provide accurate account and profile information and to keep it up to date.

It is your responsibility to use GoKar lawfully and in line with these Terms.

Drivers and passengers arrange rides between themselves. Each is responsible for their own conduct, vehicle, and compliance with applicable laws.

GoKar is not the employer of any driver and is not a partner in any journey. GoKar does not own, operate, or control any vehicle used through the marketplace.

Drivers are responsible for holding any licence, permission, or insurance required to share a ride.

Booking a seat is a request that a driver may accept or decline. No journey is confirmed until both parties agree through the platform.

Where payments are processed through GoKar, they are facilitated by a third-party payment provider. GoKar does not hold passenger funds as a bank.

Any platform fees, if applied, will be shown separately and are subject to change.

Discrimination, harassment, and unlawful or unsafe behaviour are not permitted on GoKar.

Misrepresenting a vehicle, identity, licence, or rating may result in removal from the marketplace.

GoKar may limit, suspend, or close access to accounts that violate these Terms or that create safety, legal, or trust concerns.

GoKar is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted, GoKar does not guarantee that journeys, drivers, passengers, vehicles, or payments will be available, accurate, on time, or safe.

Users take part in shared journeys at their own risk.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Where changes matter, users will be informed through the platform.
